LUWAK COFFEE ( CIVET COFFEE )
Is the world most expensive coffee. It made from the bean of coffee berries wich have bean eaten by the WILD CIVET ( Paradoxurus Hermophroditust. Then passed through it's digestive tract. A Civet eats the berries for their freshy pulp. After 10 - 20 hours inside the digestive system, the beans will be fermented before the defecated. After Gathering through washing, sun drying, light roasting and brewing these beans yeild an aromatic coffee with much less bitterness.
